It
took quite some time to request higher authorities to grant
permission, to give IIMUN discussion time. When we were given the
same, we couldn't afford to waste a minute.
On a
word document, I typed what' needs to be done before the IIMUN;
opening speech, foreign policy and stance of country on the issue,
allies and enemies. The opening speech must contain: greeting,
country's stance on the issue The research binder must contain:
opening speech, statistical data, moderated caucus topics and
possible solutions. This information was circulated among the UNEP
delegates.
Everybody
became busy in their research, whilst I was busy reading the IIMUN
International Press guide.
