Journal 7.1: Swimming all the way


Today I used the swimming board and feet flappers to practice particular skills, to improve on my overall swimming technique.
The required arm rotation and leg beats were focused on. The method to take side breaths while doing the leg beats were practiced.
It was only the two of us, so our coach can carefully look at every flaw (if seen) and correct us.
Two types of leg beats done were: forward and sideways.
This time I held my breadth for longer than 45 seconds. Our coach explained to us about some famous swimmers, especially Michael Phelps,the only swimmer to win 8 gold medals!
He also shared with us his story of swimming.
